Breastfeeding with Confidence is a practical mini-course designed to help new mothers improve their baby’s latch, reduce latch-related pain, and feel more confident during those early weeks of breastfeeding. Through real-life demonstrations with my own newborn baby, you’ll learn how to recognize a good latch, identify signs of effective feeding, and use a variety of breastfeeding positions to support a more comfortable breastfeeding experience.
